** Stock on track for a second consecutive session of gains, if trend holds

** Biotechnology co says the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has lifted clinical hold on NUZ-001, its lead investigational therapy for advancing innovative treatments for neurodegenerative diseases

** Nearly 2.7 mln shares change hands, 3.5x the 30-day average volume

** Stock has fallen 11.8% so far this year
