** Company posts Q3 net loss of $293.4 million, compared to a profit of $11.3 million a year earlier

** Q3 interest expenses triple to $210.6 million from $71.1 million a year earlier

** NFE says in a filing that its accounts were prepared on a "going concern" basis, but management warned there was "substantial doubt" the company can continue operating without new financing or a broader restructuring

** Including session's moves, NFE down 92% YTD
