ASX Trading Halt

 

New Frontier Minerals Limited ("New Frontier", or "the Company") (ASX and LSE:
NFM) advises that trading in the shares of the Company has been halted on the
Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") effective from 2 June 2025. The halt
was requested by the Company pending the release of an announcement regarding
a capital raising to be managed by CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd.

 

The Company anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the
earlier of the release of the announcement, or the commencement of trade on
Wednesday, 4 June 2025.

 

Trading in the Company's ordinary securities will continue on the London Stock
Exchange during this period.
