("NFM" or the "Company")

 

ASX Trading Halt

 

New Frontier Minerals Limited (LSE/ASX: NFM) advises that trading in the
shares of the Company has been halted on the Australian Securities Exchange
("ASX") effective from 21 November 2025. The halt was requested by the Company
pending the release of an announcement relating to a capital raise.

 

The Company anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the
earlier of the release of the

announcement, or the commencement of trade on Tuesday 25 November 2025.

 

Trading in the Company's ordinary securities will continue on the London Stock
Exchange during this period.
