Change of Broker

New Frontier Minerals Ltd (LSE and ASX: NFM) is pleased to announce the
appointment of S.P. Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") as the Company's
Corporate Broker with immediate effect.

 NFM has appointed SP Angel to enhance its engagement with UK and European
institutional investors, broadening the Company's investor base as it advances
its portfolio of critical minerals projects in Australia.

Commenting on the appointment, Gerrard Hall, Chairman of New Frontier Minerals
