Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

 

New Frontier Minerals Limited (LSE/ASX:NFM) will hold an Annual General
Meeting of its shareholders ("Shareholders") at Mann Judd, Board Room, 4/130
Stirling St, Perth, WA 6000 at 3.00pm (Perth, WST) on Friday 28 November 2025
("the Meeting").

 

In accordance with Part 1.2AA of the Corporations Act 2001, the Company will
only be dispatching physical copies of the Notice of Meeting ("Notice") to
shareholders who have elected to receive Notice in the physical form.

 

If you have nominated an email address and elected to receive electronic
communications from the Company, you will also receive an email to your
nominated email address with a link to an electronic copy of the important
Meeting documents.

prior to voting.
