Jan 6 (Reuters) - AFM (Autoriteit Financiele Markten): 
    * AFM imposed a penalty on Dec. 13, 2016 on new Sources 
Energy NV (NSE)  NSEN.AS  
    * AFM found that NSE has given unclear information about its 
activities in its communication with the public and suspects a 
potential breach of chapters 5.1a and 5.4 of the law on 
financial supervision 
    * NSE has not complied with AFM requests for information 
that afm would need to establish whether rules have been 
breached
