** Shares of New Zealand Oil and Gas NZO.NZ fall as much
as 3.7% to NZ$0.390, their lowest levels since March 25
** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage decline since
May 10
** The oil and gas explorer says it will delist from trading
on New Zealand's stock exchange, and move to sole listing on the
Australian Securities Exchange
** About 38,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of around 30,000 shares
** Stock up 19.9% YTD, based on last close
