** Shares of electronic and software provider Newmark
Security  NWMS.L  up 9.8% at 28p 
    ** Co says FY revenue up almost 8% for ended on April 30
driven by human capital management sales in the U.S. and

    ** FY revenue of 18 mln pounds ($20.88 mln), from 17.6 mln
pounds a year ago
    ** Says group returned to profitability and positive
operating cashflows during the first five months of FY 2023,
while also continuing to grow revenues
    ** Stock has fallen ~28% YTD 
($1 = 0.8621 pounds)
