Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical
security systems, has been notified by Paul Campbell-White, Chief Financial
Officer, that earlier today he bought 12,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 82.9p per Ordinary
Share. As a result of this purchase, he now has an interest in 12,000 Ordinary
