Director/PDMR Notification

 

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical
security systems, has been informed by Robert Waddington, Non-Executive
Director, that he has purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company on 10 November 2021 at a price of 0.8p per ordinary share. This
purchase was made prior to the completion of the 50:1 consolidation of the
Company's ordinary shares, which became effective on 11 November 2021.
Following the consolidation and the share purchase, Mr Waddington now has a
total interest in 98,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,
representing 1.05 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.

 

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the
requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
