Result of AGM

 

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical
security solutions, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held
earlier today, shareholders approved resolutions 1 through 5. However,
resolution 6, a special resolution concerning the disapplication of
pre-emption rights for the issuance of new ordinary shares, was not passed.
The Board notes that it had no immediate intention to exercise these
authorities.

 

The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out
below.
