** ASX-listed shares of NexGen Energy  NXG.AX  rise as much
as 8.1% to A$13.17, their highest level since May 8
    ** Canadian miner says the Canadian Nuclear Safety
Commission has notified co of completion of final federal
technical review of its Rook I Project, a uranium mine
    ** Says completion of the technical review moves co to the
final steps of the federal approval process
    ** About 868,700 shares change hands by 0110 GMT, 1.4 times
the 30-day average volume of shares
    ** Stock had risen 21.1% this year, as of last close
