Total Voting Rights

Next 15 Group plc (the 'Company') announces that, as at 30 June 2024, the
Company’s issued share capital consisted of 100,640,070 ordinary shares of
2.5p each (“Ordinary Shares”). No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
