** Shares of Next 15 Group NFGN.L jump 14.7% to 238.5p
** The consultancy and marketing services provider says it is in early-stage talks related to a potential sale of a selected number of its brands
** Next 15 says currently there is no certainty that any agreement will be reached, nor as to the terms of any such deal
** Sky News reported earlier in the day that NFGN had been holding talks about a sale of its 'legacy' advertising and public relations businesses, including the financial public relations agency MHP
** NFGN fell ~40% YTD, including session moves
