Appointment of new Non-Executive Director
Nexteq PLC, a leading technology solutions provider to customers in selected
industrial markets, is pleased to announce, following an extensive selection
process, the appointment of Deborah Wilkinson to the Board of Directors as
Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk
committee, effective 30(th) October 2025.
Deborah brings significant finance expertise to Nexteq from both private and
public companies, as well as strong technology industry experience. She served
as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and thereafter the Chair of the
Remuneration Committee up until June 2025 at Pennant International Group plc,
a company providing training and equipment to the defence sector. Prior to
Pennant, she held several Executive Board positions at IrvinGQ Limited, a
defence manufacturing company, including Finance Director, Sales &
Marketing Director and CEO. Deborah is currently a Non-Executive Director at
Novomorphic Limited and at Compound Semiconductor Applications Catapult
Limited, where she is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Deborah is a
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales, having
trained with Deloitte and holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.
