Dividend timetable

 

Nexteq PLC (the "Company") announces the dividend timetable for the final
dividend of 3.9 pence per share proposed in its final results for the year
ended 31 December 2025 which were released on 18 March 2026.

The dividend will be payable on 29 May 2026 to all shareholders on the
register on 1 May 2026. The corresponding ex-dividend date is 30 April 2026.
