Nexteq (AIM: NXQ), a leading technology solutions provider to customers in
selected industrial markets, confirms that it will host a presentation
relating to the results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 via Investor
Meet Company at 10am on 10 September 2025.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential
shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet
Company dashboard up until 9 September 2025, or at any time during the live
presentation.
