May 25 (Reuters) - NFO Drives AB  NFO.ST : 
    * To allow faster expansion, Board has decided to strengthen the expansion phase with a new 
issue 
    * Board has decided to increase share capital by a maximum of 2,449,221.95 Swedish crowns 
($294,848.97) through a new issue of a maximum of 48,984,439 shares 
    * For each share, the holder receives a subscription  
    * Four subscription rights entitle to subscribe for one new share 
    * Subscription of new shares to take place from June 3 to June 17, 2016 
    * The subscription price for the new shares shall be 0.23 crown per share
