* Buys staffing and recruitment company e-Quality with its subsidiary Octapod
* For 2016 net sales of the companies are expected to amount to about 9 million Swedish
crowns ($1.06 million) with an operating profit of about 0.5 million crowns
* Says purchase price for debt free e-Quality and Octapod consists of a fixed purchase price
of 1.8 million crowns which is paid in cash
* Says additional cash purchase price of 0.5 million crowns at an operating profit of 0.5
million crowns for 2016
