    ** Nickel producer says has reached a positive final
investment decision for Excelsior Nickel Cobalt high pressure
acid leach (HPAL) Project, to be constructed in Indonesia
    ** Says, also entered a five year, $400 mln financing
facilities with PT Bank Negara Indonesia, to fund the Project
    ** Stock down 22.7% YTD as of last close
