** Nickel miner says signed binding agreement for a solar
project with Pt Sumber Energi Surya Nusantara
** Says deal is for development of 200 MWP + 20 MWH battery
solar project within Indonesia's Morowali industrial park
** Says project is designed to supply power to company's
existing rotary kiln–electric arc furnace operations, among
others
** Stock down 26.8% this year, as of last close
