** Electric truck maker Nikola's  NKLA.O  shares rise 5.6%
to $4.91 premarket
    ** NKLA says it delivered 88 hydrogen fuel cell electric
trucks to its dealers in Q3, up from 72 trucks in Q2
    ** Co had expected to sell between 80 and 100 units in Q3
    ** The company has delivered 200 hydrogen fuel cell trucks
to dealers so far this year
    ** 2 of 6 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher and 4
"hold"; median PT is $13 - LSEG
    ** NKLA shares down ~82% YTD as of last close
