Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

Oxford, UK - 21 April 2026: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX) today announces that
the Notice of Meeting for the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is now
available on the Company's website at: www.investors.niox.com
(http://www.investors.niox.com) . This, along with copies of the 2025 Annual
Report and Accounts, have been posted to shareholders who requested hard
copies.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 21 May 2026 at the Company's
Registered Office: Magdalen Centre, 1 Robert Robinson Ave, The Oxford Science
Park, Oxford, England, OX4 4GA.

Shareholders intending to attend the AGM must register their intention to do
so by emailing IR@niox.com as soon as practicable but no later than 11.00am on
19 May 2026.
