Australia's Element 25 jumps on MOU for manganese facility in Japan

** Shares of Element 25  E25.AX  rise as much as 5% to
A$0.210, their highest level since Aug. 28    
    ** Mineral explorer says it entered into a non-binding
memorandum of understanding with Nissan Chemical  4021.T  and NC
Tokyo Bay     
    ** MOU for a Japanese facility for Manganese Sulphate
Monohydrate, a product used in hybrid and electric vehicles    
    ** E25 down 52.4% YTD as of last close
