** Shares of Noble Helium  NHE.AX  fall as much as 8.3% to
A$0.089, hitting their lowest level since March 4
    ** Stock on track for worst day since Feb 8, if losses hold
    ** The commodity chemicals explorer to raise up to A$3.5
mln($2.28 mln) via share purchase plan at A$0.09 apiece 
    ** Issue price represents 7.2% to last close
    ** Around 3.2 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 743,988 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 7.6% this year, as of last close
