** Shares of Noble Helium  NHE.AX  jump as much as 40.5% to
A$0.260, hitting their highest level since Oct. 31
    ** Stock currently up 29.7%, on track for best day ever if
gains hold
    ** Helium explorer says maiden drilling project at offshore
project in Tanzania successfully completed, which points to
further more helium reserves
    ** More than 14.6 mln shares change hands, 5.6x the 30-day
average volume of 2.6 mln shares
    ** Stock has risen 19.4% this year, as of last close
