    ** Co announces sale of 583.3 mln shares of common stock in
direct offering at purchase price of $6/share
    ** Sees gross proceeds from offering to be about $3.5 mln
    ** Purchase price represents 20.3% discount to Monday's
closing price of $7.53
    ** Stock set to post worst day since Feb 8, if losses hold
    ** Stock up ~13.2% YTD
