NOMAD Power Solutions, Inc. is an AI energy infrastructure equipment and services platform focused on delivering power generation and energy solutions to support the demands of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, hyperscale data centers, and other mission-critical infrastructure. Its product consists of Voyager Eagle, Voyager Falcon, and Voyager Hawk. It also continues to advance its life sciences portfolio through LIXTE Biotechnology and Liora Technologies, including the development of novel oncology therapeutics and medical technologies. The Company is focused on the clinical development of a specific protein phosphatase inhibitor, referred to as LB-100. LB-100 is being tested in clinical trials in Ovarian Clear Cell Carcinoma, Metastatic Colon Cancer, and Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcoma. Liora Technologies provides Linac for Image Guided Hadron Therapy (LiGHT) system technology, installation support, ongoing maintenance, software upgrades, and clinical/technical training.
