De-listing and Cancellation of Trading

Further to the Company's announcement on 10 July 2023 confirming that the
Alternative Transaction has completed and the Company was progressing with an
orderly winddown, NSF today announces that, following an application by the
Company, the Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing of the
Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") on the standard segment of the Official
List of the FCA and the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE") has cancelled the
admission to trading of the Shares on the Main Market for listed securities of
the LSE, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, 8 August
2023.

The Company will write to shareholders separately in due course regarding any
further actions required to implement the orderly winddown of the Company. The
Company reiterates that, following completion of the Alternative Transaction
on 7 July 2023, there will be no return to shareholders.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms within this announcement shall
have the same meaning as those contained within NSF's announcement dated 17
March 2023.
