The Board of NSF has been informed that owing to his other work commitments, Robin Ashton, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Board with immediate effect. Mr Ashton, who joined the Company in February 2015 is Chairman of Leeds Building Society and a non-executive director of Shawbrook Group plc where he is also the senior independent director.
The Board wishes to thank Robin for his invaluable contribution in helping to build Non-Standard Finance into the group it is today and wishes him every success with his other interests. A process is underway to appoint his replacement as soon as possible.
