Non-Standard Finance is pleased to announce the appointment of Niall Booker as an independent Non-Executive Director. Niall will join the Board immediately following the closure of the Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 May 2017. 
Once appointed, Niall will join each of the Company's Nomination, Remuneration and Risk Committees as well as the Audit Committee where he will replace Charles Gregson as Chair of the Committee. Charles will remain a member of the Audit Committee.
Niall brings a wealth of experience in consumer lending from his previous roles at HSBC and more recently Cooperative Bank where he was Chief Executive Officer from June 2013 to December 2016. 
There is no further information in relation toNiall Booker that would be required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R if that provision were applicable to the Company.
