The Board of NSF announces that Sarah Day will join the Board as a Director of
the Company on 27 May 2022.

Sarah joined NSF Group in August 2016 and has performed a number of roles
within the Group, including Group Company Secretary since November 2017.  She
brings a wealth of experience to the Board having worked in the non-standard
financial services sector for over 20 years, including over 14 years at the
Consumer Credit Division of Provident Financial plc.

 

Sarah is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience across many
disciplines including audit, risk management and corporate governance.
