Funding facilities update

As previously reported in the Company's audited results for FY 2021, the
Group's loan to value ratio continues to remain at a level higher than that
permitted by its lenders, pending completion of the planned capital raise.

 

The Group has successfully extended the current waiver as at 15 June 2022 and
remains in active dialogue with lenders to maintain a waiver until completion
of the capital raise.
