** Shares of pasta chain  NDLS.O  down 6% at $7.98 - set to
snap a five-session winning run
    ** Noodles & Co says CFO Ken Kuick has resigned effective
Aug. 21, after about two years in the role, to pursue other

    ** Earlier this month, NDLS posted a ~31% decline in
second-quarter system-wide comparable sales as even a 135%
increase in digital sales was not enough to offset lower traffic
