$130-150 million beats consensus by around 10%
** Nordic Semiconductor said it sees underlying demand
improvements among key customers and design activity picking up
across its customer base
** Jefferies added that it sees plenty scope for upgrades,
as demand for Nordic's chips continues to strengthen
** The stock is on track for its best day since April
