Oct 10 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1000 GMT on Tuesday:

    ** Ireland-based Kingspan Group  KSP.I  announced a
mandatory cash offer of 2.66 billion Swedish crowns ($242.64
million) for the shares it does not already own in Nordic

    ** Truist Financial Corp  TFC.N  is in talks to sell its
insurance brokerage unit to private equity firm Stone Point for

    ** South Korean digital bank KakaoBank Corp  323410.KS  said
 it would buy a 10% stake in Superbank, the Singapore
Telecommunications  STEL.SI  and Grab  GRAB.O -backed
