Ireland's Kingspan offers $242.64 mln for Nordic Waterproofing shares it does not own

Oct 10 (Reuters) - Ireland-based Kingspan Group  KSP.I 
on Tuesday announced a mandatory cash offer of 2.66 billion
Swedish crowns ($242.64 million) for the shares it does not
already own in Nordic Waterproofing  NWHD.ST .  
        Kingspan currently owns 30.9% of Nordic Waterproofing.
