 offering a diversified portfolio of integrated Leadership Acquisition &
 Advisory Services, announces that it has been notified that on 9(th) November
 2023 Kate Kempster a Persons Closely Associated ("PCA") to Jon Kempster,
 Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 163,070 ordinary shares of 1p
 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.125p per share.

 Following this purchase, Jon Kempster is beneficially interested in 163,070
 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.26 per cent. of the Company's
 issued share capital.
