Result of Annual General Meeting

Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB), a leading Executive Search and Interim
Management firm, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier
today, all the resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed on a poll, with
100% of votes cast in favour of each resolution.

Resolutions 1 to 8 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 9 to 11
were passed as special resolutions.

As at 20 May 2026, there were 1,925,688 ordinary shares in issue. Shareholders
are entitled to one vote per share. Votes withheld are not votes in law and so
have not been included in the calculation of the proportion of votes for and
against a resolution.
