 Norman Broadbent (AIM: NBB) a leading London quoted Professional Services firm
 offering a diversified portfolio of integrated Leadership Acquisition &
 Advisory Services, announces that it has been notified that earlier today Mehr
 Malik, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 158,350 ordinary
 shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.30p per
 share.

 Following this purchase, Ms Malik is beneficially interested in 158,350
 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's
 issued share capital.
