Australian rare earths, critical minerals shares rally after US-Australia supply agreement
SYDNEY, Oct 21 (Reuters) - Some Australian rare earths and critical minerals companies saw their share prices jump on Tuesday after U.S. President Donald Trump and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese signed a critical minerals agreement. Northern Minerals NTU.AX rose 15%, Latrobe Magnesium LMG.AX jumped 27% and VHM VHM.AX was up 29% in opening trade, compared to a broader market gain .AXJO of 0.4%.
