** Community lender PBCO Financial's PBCO.PK shares jump 22.5% to $30 
** Alaska-based community bank Northrim BanCorp NRIM.O will buy PBCO in a $167.3 million all-stock deal, the banks announced late Wednesday
** PBCO shareholders will receive 1.160 NRIM shares for each held
** Deal marks Northrim’s first out-of-state branch expansion, extending its franchise across Southern Oregon and the Willamette Valley
** Transaction expected to close in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027
** As of last close, PBCO stock up 36.5% YTD
