NWM.AX fall as much as 11.7% to A$0.053, hitting their lowest
since Aug. 29
** NWM says it received binding commitments to raise A$2.2

** Issue price of A$0.053 per share represents ~12% discount
to the last closing price of A$0.06 on Sept. 7, following which
the shares went on a trading halt
** Stock is down 10.5% this year, as of last close
