Australia's Norwest Minerals rises on REE tests from WA project

** Shares of Norwest Minerals Ltd NWM.AX rise as much as
6.3% to A$0.034, their biggest intraday pct gain since March 6
** Mineral explorer says metallurgical test on high-grade
clay hosted rare earth elements (REE) drill samples will start
soon from its Arunta West project in Western Australia
** Adds drill sample material from the original lab assay
work is being sent to Ansto facility in Sydney for testing to
determine the recoverability of REE
** Says Ansto facility will receive 20 samples this week and
REE recovery results should be out by March-end
** Stock has fallen 40.7% this year, as of last close
