Paris, France, and Manchester, UK - 22 May 2026 - Novacyt S.A. (EURONEXT
GROWTH: ALNOV; AIM: NCYT), an international molecular diagnostics company with
a broad portfolio of integrated technologies and services, announces that its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held in person at 11am CEST/10am BST on
Tuesday, 30 June 2026 at the Hilton Hotel, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport,
France.

 

An investor presentation by Lyn Rees, Chief Executive Officer, and Steve
Gibson, Chief Financial Officer, will be made available via the Investor Meet
Company platform on the day of the meeting. Automated French subtitling will
be available throughout the presentation.
