Lundbeck names former Novo Nordisk CEO Lars Fruergaard Jorgensen as next board chair Oct 18 (Reuters) - Danish drugmaker H. Lundbeck HLUNa.CO said on Sunday that board chair Dorothea Wenzel will step down at its annual general meeting in 2027, with the board intending to elect former Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO CEO Lars Fruergaard Jorgensen as her successor.
Jorgensen will join the board as an observer from November 10.
