NTT DC REIT starts bookbuilding of up to $812.3 million IPO in Singapore, term sheet shows
SYDNEY/SINGAPORE, June 30 (Reuters) - NTT DC REIT has started bookbuilding for an up to $812.3 million initial public offering on the Singapore Exchange, showed a term sheet seen by Reuters on Monday. Bookbuilding is a process during which underwriters and investment banks gauge investor demand to finalise the share price.
