** Co receives delisting notice from Nasdaq; says trading in
class A common stock will be suspended on July 7, 2023
** Notice comes two days after co filed for bankruptcy
protection, after failing to resolve a dispute over a promised
investment from Taiwan's Foxconn 2354.TW
** RIDE has fallen 23.5% since it filed for bankruptcy
protection; down nearly 88% YTD
