Lordstown receives letter from Foxconn alleging agreement breach
May 1 (Reuters) - Lordstown Motors Corp RIDE.O said on
Monday that Taiwan's Foxconn 2354.TW had alleged that the
electric-vehicle startup was in breach of their investment
agreement following a Nasdaq delisting notice.
The U.S. company said it was in talks with Foxconn to seek a
resolution.
